Portal Risk Systems is a Western Australian safety consultancy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we handle it. Last updated July 2026.
What we collect
When you request the Pre-Start Briefing Pack or join the advisory waitlist, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, and (for the waitlist) your organisation, sector and message. We also record which page you signed up from, and our systems log basic technical information such as browser type and approximate location, as most websites do.
How we use it
We use your details to deliver what you asked for and to send occasional emails about safety tools, articles and services. Waitlist details are used to contact you about advisory availability. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in our secure website database. Email addresses are also held by MailerLite, the email service that delivers the pack and our updates. Reputable providers like these may store data on servers outside Australia; we choose providers with appropriate security safeguards.
Your choices
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately. You can also contact us at hello@portalrisksystems.com.au at any time to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
